Steps
- 1
Take a pan add ghee and roast the wheat flour till it gets aroma and gets some dark colour.
- 2
As soon as it gets roasted add jaggery and mixes it well. You will get a thick lumpy paste. Add dry fruits powder and give a quick mix
- 3
Grease the plate with ghee and spread the mixture on the plate with the help of a spatula or small Katori. Garnish with chopped dry fruits. Cut into pieces when it is hot.
- 4
Allow it to cool and remove the pieces gently and enjoy and can be stored for 4 to 5 days.
- 5
Sukdi tastes delicious when it is served warm.
