Cooking Instructions

Crush 1 package of cookies and mix crumbs with butter. Press firmly into bottom of parchment lined 9x13 pan. Chill while making filling.

Beat together 4 packs of cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until light and slightly fluffy. Around 4 minutes. Then fold in the cool whip.

Lightly crush (lots of bigger pieces) 2 rows of the other pack of oreos. Mix 3/4 of the crushed cookies into the cheesecake mixture.

Smooth the cheesecake mixture onto the prepared crust. Top with remaining crushed cookies and chill at least 4 hours.
