Cooking Instructions

Sift "wheat flour" and "baking powder" and set aside

Using stand mixer, mix "eggs" and "granulated sugar" and "SP" until creamy fluffy white (high speed, 5 minutes)

Add the sifted flour in and mix using low speed for about a minute

Add "milk" and "jasmine essense" and "lemon juice" and mix until well combined using high speed

Separate them into 4 bowls and add colors in and mix until smooth

Using piping bags, drip them into tiny cups and later place them into steamer

Using "lemon juice" and make an "X" across the tiny cups so when they rise the surface cracks(?) into four directions (sorry I don't know how to explain)

Steam them for 15 minutes then let them cool for a bit before serving

Do not open the pot lit right away and be careful of the water dropping on the sweets
