Ingredients

  • 4fresh Hake fish or Kingklip
  • 30 mlbutter (2 tbsp)
  • 60 mlolive oil 60g butter
  • Handful of Basil leaves, Chives and Dill chop
  • 200 gcherry tomatoes and 100g pitted olives
  • 60 mlcappers and 30ml sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 cupod quinoa rice or do mash

  1. 1

    Shallow fry and simmer ingredients till evething is soft excl fish.
    Than add your sauce to fish and ovenbake for 15- 20min
    Rest it for 5imin
