First take besan in a bowl, then add onion, tomato puree, ginger chilli garlic paste, salt, asafoetida, coriander, turmeric and make a batter. make the batter of medium consistency.

Now turn on the gas and heat the non-stick pan on it. Now with the help of ladle, add the batter and make a chilla. Sprinkle some chaat masala on the top of it..

.After the chilla is ready, spread chutney on it, then add in chopped tomato, onion and capsicum on it. then add in the ratlami sev and add cheese.
