Firstly seive the maida twice.
Now turn on the gas, put the cooker on it and let it heat up slowly. Remove the whistle. - 2
Now put curd, oil, sugar in a large bowl, mix it well and add vanilla essence.

Apply butter in the cake tin and spread butter paper. If there is no butter paper, sprinkle maida.

Then in curd oil mixture, add maida and cocoa powder and mix well in one direction. Add milk as required and prepare medium consistency batter.

Add the batter in the cake tin, tap it, put it in the cooker/as shown, close the lid and bake for 45 minutes.

Then the chocolate cake is ready.

Now cut the cake in 3 parts. Whip the whipping cream and add some cocoa powder to make it chocolaty.

Now fill the piping cone with whipping cream and apply it on top of 1st layer cake

And then keep another layer of cake. Repeat the same process for third layer.

Apply cream all over the cake. Then to take some fresh cream and some chocolate and melt the chocolate and add in fresh cream and mix it. now pour this ganache on top of the cake.

Now using another nozzle in a piping bag decorate the cake. Add some chocolates on top of it and decorate it.
