In one pan boil 1 ltr full cream milk when he one boil

In one kadai boil 1/2 full cream milk in slow flame and stirring continuously

In one katori add some water and dialute citric acid When one ltr milk boil then add slowly citric acid water in milk and stiring well after 1-2 minutes water and chena comes seprestly

Then stir in clothes and wash with cold water properly and put aside for 10-15 min

After 10-15 min chena ready mashe properly

In kadai and 1/2 cup sugar and add mashed chena in to pan and mix well for 5-7 min then comes thickness add elaichi powder and let's cooled down

Take a Grease's plate and spread kalakand in plate make proper shape and sprinkle chopped pista and rose pettles keep aside for 2-3 hours

After 2-3 hour make proper piece with knief and served this sweet to your brother in this raksha bandhan
