Mix mince pork, prawn, shiitake, corn flour, shallot and salt together with some filling from the tofu. This will make the stuffing easier, look puffier and it helps the meat stay inside the tofu while cooking it.

Placed the mix of the meat in the tofu with spoon carefully withoit breaking the tofu.

Bring water to boil. Add the stuffed tofu, fish balls and mushroom, add chicken powder and salt. Serve with rice and chilli sauce.
