Masala Besan Bread Pakodas

Masala Besan Bread Pakodas
Steps
- 1
In a bowl take 1 cup besan flour. Add water gradually and prepare a batter. It should not be too runny or too thick. It should be enough to coat the bread nicely.
- 2
Now to this add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
- 3
Now take 2 bread slices. On one side of the bread nicely apply the green chutney. On the other bread apply tomato ketchup. Sandwich the two together.
- 4
Cut the sandwich bread from the centre and divide into two halves.
- 5
Heat oil for frying. The oil should be medium hot. Now dip the bread into the batter and lower it into the hot oil. Fry the bread pakodas in medium low heat until nice golden brown.
- 6
Remove it on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
Now sprinkle some chaat masala and serve it hot with some green chutney and tomato ketchup.
