Steps
- 1
Put a piece of ginger in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Trick learned from my friend Shinae and it really does bring out the sweetness in the ginger
- 2
Cut the garlic cloves in half and warm over a low heat in a non-stick pan
- 3
When the 20 mins are up, peel and grate the ginger
- 4
When one side of the garlic is done, flip over
- 5
Put the miso, chilli flakes, lemon juice and grated roast ginger in a bowl
- 6
Mince the grilled garlic and add
- 7
Mix
- 8
Add to the prawns
- 9
Mix well
- 10
Heat a non-stick pan and put the pawns in
- 11
When they look white on the top, turn over one by one
- 12
When the prawns are cooked add a slosh of soy sauce and stir
- 13
Serve with noodles and chopped basil. Enjoy!!
