Steps

First take tablespoon of cornstarch, tablespoon of soy sauce and few tablespoons of water. Cut of meat and marinade for 15-30 min.

In a bowl mix flour broth sugar and soy sauce until dissolved.

If sauce is not think add a tablespoon of cornstarch.

In a large skillet brown beef and then add broth mixture with garlic, ginger and broccoli. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and serve with rice.
