Peel and slice your potatoes, wash it using salt and water, drain and fry in a hot oil under medium heat.

In a bowl break your eggs, add seasoning, curry and chopped pepper, scotch bonnet and sliced onions, whisk all together, fry using little oil.

Serve with tea as breakfast. Yummy😋😋
