I introduce Japanese Matcha Cafe menus. This time Japanese Matcha Jelly Parfait.
Steps

Put agar powder in water and soak for a few minutes. Add sugar and bring to boil. Keep boiling for 2 minutes. Pour it in box.

Add a little water in Matcha green tea powder and add it to agar water with using colander. Keep boiling for 2 minutes and pour it in box.

When the jelly has hardened, remove it from the mold and cut it into square pieces.

Mix glutinous rice flour and matcha powder and add water to make soft dough. Make small balls and boil then in boiling water.

Put agar jelly in glass bowl and decorate with fresh cream, rice dumplings, sweet bean paste and fruit.
