Steps

Pour 3/4 Cup of Warm Water into a large mixing bowl

Pour 1/2 Tbsp of Sugar into the mixing bowl

Measure out 7g of Yeast and pour it into the mixing bowl

Whisk the Yeast mixture up and let it rest for 10 mins with a towel over the bowl.

Put 2 Cups of Flour into another mixing bowl

Add 3/4 Tsp of Salt into the mixing bowl

Add another 1/2 Tbsp of Sugar into the mixing bowl

Whisk the Flour mixture up.

Once the Yeast mixture has rested, slowly pour in the Flour mixture and whisk it till it becomes a doughy texture

Lay a cutting board or a surface with Flour and place the dough on it and knead it

Once its kneaded, stretch it out till it becomes a Pizza shape.

Poke many holes into the Pizza so that air bubbles don’t form

Add the sauce first, then the toppings then the cheese.

Bake at 235 Degrees Celcius
