Add sieved flour and all dry ingredients and mix well, pour in the egg, flavor a and water and mix into a Dough. Knead for a while until the dough is not sticky but smooth and elastic, cover and allow for 10 min. Then add up the butter and knead until well incoperated. Cover and allow to rise for 1-2 hours.

Deflate dough, flour working surface and roll into a triangular shape

And roll from the wider side to the pointed edge. Note the pointed edge should be placed under so as not to unfold, after the rolling cover with kitchen towel and let it rise again for. 15-20min

Preheat Oven, egg wash (1 egg+1tbs milk mix and brush) then bake for 10 -15min on moderate heat.
