Add blended tomatoes and peppers and let it fry until the oil shows

Add little chicken broth and eat

Add enough seasoning and spices

Add sphagetti when the water begins to boil

Cover and let it cook

Serve hot!

Leftover Baked Spaghetti Leftover Baked Spaghetti
Got home late due to traffic issues. Have left over spaghetti (a lot) from last night. What can I do other than microwave it, or fry it with some Vindaloo paste (my normal go to).So I tried this. It turned out really nice, I would like to add some heat before assembly, but the wife nixed that 😉. A little more cheese might have been better also. But that is a personal preference.
