Ingredients

  1. 3 বড়চামচ কর্নফ্লাওয়ার।
  2. 250 গ্রামচিংড়ি মাছ।
  3. 2 বড়চামচ ময়দা।
  4. 1 টিবড় পেঁয়াজ।
  5. 1 টিমাঝারি ক্যাপসিকাম।
  6. 5-6কোয়া রসুন।
  7. 1/2 চা চামচআদা বাটা।
  8. 1 চামচভিনেগার।
  9. 1 চামচসয়া সস।
  10. 2 চামচটমেটো সস
  11. 2 টোকঁ৷চা লঙ্কা
  12. 1 চামচরেড চিলি সস।
  13. 1 চামচচিনি
  14. 1 চামচনুন

    কড়াই তে হাফ কাপ তেল দিয়ে গরম হলে ম্যারিনেট করা চিংড়ি মাছ গুলো ভেজে তুলে নিতে হবে। তারপরে ওই গরম তেলে 1 চা-চামচ আদা রসুন কুচি দিয়ে হালকা ভেজে নিয়ে তারপর বড় পিস করা পেঁয়াজ আর ক্যাপসিকাম কুচি দিয়ে হালকা করে ভাজতে হবে। তারপর এক চামচ ভিনেগার এক চামচ সয়া সস 2 চামচ টমেটো সস 1 চামচ রেড চিলি সস দিতে হবে। আর এক চা-চামচ চিনি 1 চা চামচ নুন আর দুটো কাঁচালঙ্কা দিতে হবে। ভালো করে 2 মিনিট কষিয়ে দু'কাপ জল দিতে হবে। জল ফুটিয়ে তাতে ভাজা চিংড়ি মাছ গুলো দিতে হবে।

    5 মিনিট হয়ে গেলে নামানোর আগে 2 চা চামচ কনফ্লাওয়ার জলে গুলে কড়াইতে দিতে হবে। তারপর এক মিনিট ভাল করে ফুঁটিয়ে গ্যাস অফ করে দিতে হবে।
    কমপ্লিট চিলি প্রন।
