  • 1/2 کلو میدہ
  • 2 1/2 ٹی اسپون خمیر
  • 1 ٹی اسپون چینی
  • 1 1/2 ٹی اسپون نمک
  • 1انڈہ
  • 4 ٹیبل اسپون آئل
  • 2 ٹی اسپون کلونجی
  • 4 ٹیبل اسپون خشک دودھ
  • 1 کپ نیم گرم پانی

    انڈے کی زردی اور سفیدی الگ کر لیں ۔میدہ چھان لیں

  2. 2

    خمیر کو 5 ٹیبل اسپون نیم گرم پانی اور 1/2 ٹی اسپون شکر کے ساتھ ڈھک کر رکھ دیں 3 منٹ

    میدے میں آئل ملا ئیں اچھی طرح پھر خمیر چینی نمک اور انڈے کی سفیدی ملا کر نیم گرم پانی سے سوفت آٹا گوندھ لیں آٹا بہت نرم گوندھنا ہے جبھی پاو نرم بنیں گے اب ڈو کر ڈھک کر گرم جگہ پر 2 گھنٹے رکھ دیں

    2 گھنٹے بعد آٹے کو پنچ کرکے درمیانے 11 سے 12 پیڑے بنا کر گریس ٹرے پر رکھ دیں ڈھک کر 15 منٹ اوون پری ہیٹ کرلیں۔

    اب پاو کے اوپر انڈے کی زردی پھینٹ کر برش سے لگا دیں اوپر دھنیہ پتہ کلونجی یا تل چھڑک کر 15 سے 20 منٹ 200 ڈگری پر بیک کر لیں اوون سے نکال کر آئل یا مکھن برش کر کے ڈھک کر ادھا گھنٹہ رکھ کر سرو کریں ۔
