In mixing bowl add besan, tumeric powder and enough water to make batter. Keep aside for 2-3 hours to ferment.

At time of making khaman dhokla. Add grated dudhi, green chillies ginger paste, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.

Pour 2-3 glasses of water in big vessel or dhokla cooker. Place this vessel on high flame. Keep stand in center. Place grease thali on it. Add eno salt and mix gently. Pour this besan - dudhi batter in grease thali.
Cover with lid. - 4
Steam khaman dhokla for 25 minutes. Let the steam escape before opening the lid.

In small tadka pan add heat oil. Add mustard seeds cummin seeds as splutter add asafoetida curry leaves and white sesame seeds. Pour this tempering on prepare Dudhi Khaman Dhokla. Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves. Cut into desired pieces.

Serve Relish delicious hot savoury snack Dudhi Khaman Dhokla with green coriander chutney.
