  • 250 gbuckwheat
  • 150-200 gbeef
  • 1carrot
  • 2green pepper
  • 1small potato
  • 1onion
  • 50 mlvegetable oil
  • 100 mltomato juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt (to taste)
  • 1/3 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/3 teaspooncumin powder
  • Boiled Quail eggs

    Soak buckwheat in water for 30 minutes and drain with colander. Fry sliced onion with vegetable oil until good brown color.

    Add beef, carrot and other vegetables and fry. Put seasoning and tomato juice in it.

    Then add buckwheat and water. Pot water at the top of buckwheat. Check the taste of salt. Cook with low flame for about 30 minutes. Cover with lid.

    Mix well and serve.
