Steps

Cook china grass powder in little water in a saucepan till powder dissolves.

In a separate saucepan cook milk and sugar for 10 minutes; add china grass and remove in a bowl; whip thoroughly with an electric batter for a few minutes.

Add Essence then pour in a dish and Refrigerate.
- 4
When set, sprinkle Almond or pistachio or raisins on top and serve.
