Steps

Heat oil in Kadai & fry chopped garlic golden brown. Keep aside. Then saute the chicken with salt & black pepper. keep aside.

Then fry onion & carrot. After 2 minutes add french beans, capsicum, salt & black pepper. Fry it well. Add 1 egg in the middle of Kadai. Cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.

Then add noodles, salt, soya sauce, sugar & chicken. toss it very well. garnish with garlic & spring onion (optional). Serve it with different types of gravy items.
