Steps

Chop all veggies. Fine chop cabbage separately.add salt to it.keep aside. Squeeze out water.

Add gram flour,2 tablespoons corn flour, green chilies, ginger, garlic.mix well. Make small balls

Heat oil in a deep pan, once hot switch the flame on medium to high.fry all Manchurian balls till golden brown

In a bowl, take corn flour add soy sauce, chilli sauce, mix well make a slurry. in a pan add oil, once hot add some veggies. saute add slurry mix well add water to adjust consistency.put fried Manchurian.

Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. served hot with noodles.
