Veg.schezwan noodles
Steps

In-vessel add water, salt, and oil. add Hakka noodles cook for 10 minutes.

In a deep pan add oil, once hot add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies.saute.add all veggies saute for a minute. add soy sauce, chilli sauce, schezwan chutney.mix well, add vinegar, cooked noodles.

Mix well, cook for a couple of minutes. Serve hot.
