  • 5 pcschinese sausage
  • 1 handfulshitake mushroom
  • 1 packagechestnut
  • 10cooked egg yolk
  • 500 grpork shoulder
  • 1 handfulebi
  • Sauce
  • 1 tbssalt
  • 1 tbssugar
  • 1 tbssoy sauce
  • 1 tbsoyster sauce
  • 1 tspgohiong
  • 1 tspchicken powder
  • 1 tspkecap manis + pepper
  • Tools
  • Daun lotus
  • Tali untuk ikat

Steps

    Rendem ebi with hot water

  2. 2

    Rebus daun lotus

  3. 3

    Heat 2 tbs of oil, fry garlic and add ebi

  4. 4

    Stir till aromatic and put it aside

  5. 5

    Stir fry garlice Use the oil to stirfry lapchiong and shitake

  6. 6

    Add the chesnut and then the pork

  7. 7

    Add all the sauces, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster, chicken powder, gohiong, kecap manis

  8. 8

    Put it aside

  9. 9

    Use the leftover oil to fry garlic and add rice, use the sauce again
