Ingredients

18 to 20 min
4 to 5 persons
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1/2 CupHard Corns
  • 1 Cupor to taste Sugar
  • 3 tbspButter
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 tspvanilla essence(optional)

Steps

18 to 20 min
  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil add corns in oil and mix well. Cover and let them pop. Shake pan in between. Now Popcorns is ready.

    Take a pan add butter. Melt the butter. Add sugar. Cook on low flame until sugar melts(Stir continuously).

    Stir and scrape until it thickens. Add baking soda. Add vanilla essence.Mix well 15 seconds. Now add corn in caramel and coat well. Let them cool completely. Caramel corns is ready. Now serve it.
