Emmer Wheat Bread Easy to Make!

This recipe was given to me by my doctor along with a special diet that didn't include any sugar or gluten products. It is an easy to make bread, full of flavour but really dense in texture.
Emmer Wheat flour or Dinkel is considered to be a really old type of wheat that is gaining more ground nowadays and it is considered to be really low in gluten. That is the reason why the bread is not fluffy. So, lets #celebratebread with a gluten free recipe.

Cooking Instructions

Add in the mixing bowl the flour, salt, flaxseeds and oliveoil.

Dissolve the honey in 15ml of tap water and add to the mixing bowl.

Add the remaining 15ml of the tap water in the yogurt and mix well. Add to the mixing bowl.

Start the food processor until all the ingredients are combined well. The dough is ready. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place your loaf of bread.

Bake on a preheated oven over 180oC for 50 minutes.
