First, soak Matra/chhole for 5/6 hours. Then put in a cooker, add some salt and water and cook till 2-3 whistle are low flame.

Then when it boils, let it bit cool. Then add chopped veggies and spices. And both chutneys, lemon juice, and coriander. Mix well.

Matra/chole are ready. Heat a tawa, put some butter, roast/cook kulcha from both sides.

Serve hot. Tasty Matra/chole kulche is ready.
