Toda I made healthy Pizza recipe.
Pizza is an Italian dish yet it is very popular in India.
Pizza is a combination of flate bread, sauce, cheese and various toppings. Usually Pizza dough is prepared by yeast but today I prepared without yeast and with lots of veggies.

Pizza is a combination of flate bread, sauce, cheese and various toppings. Usually Pizza dough is prepared by yeast but today I prepared without yeast and with lots of veggies.
Steps

For Pizza Dough -
Arrenge all the dough ingredients. - 2
In a large mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, salt and curd mix everything well. Now add water as required and make soft dough, cover and set this aside for about an hour.

For Topping -
Arrenge all the toppings ingredients. - 4
Heat oil in a kadai, add sliced onion, capsicum, tomato, boiled corn, salt chilli flakes, oregano and toss the vegetables well. Do not over cooked. Now turn off the flame and keep it aside.

For Sauce -
Arrenge all the sauce ingredients. - 7
In a pan heat oil, add chopped garlic, onion saute until the onion are translucent.

Now add fresh tomato puree, sugar, vinegar, salt, mix well and cook 5-6 minutes.

Then add oregano, chilli flakes mix well and remove most of the water from it, turn off the flame and keep it aside.

For Making Pizza -
Divide the dough into the 4 equal parts. Dust the rolling board lightly and roll it slightly thicker than a chapati. Now prick it with a fork all around the dough. - 11
Now heat a flate tawa and place the rolled dough on it and cook one sode of it properly on a low flame.

Then turn it on to the other side cooking it in low flame and start by spreading a spoon full of tomato sauce all around the pizza bread and grate the cheese and spread well.

Then spread the toss veggies well and sprinkle some more cheese on top.

Now cover and cook until the cheese begins to melt on low flame.

Then remove and sprinkle little chilli flakes and oregano and slice Tawa Pizza and serve hot.
