A very tasty and easy breakfast made with baked bread, creamy spinach, egg, melted cheese, and a hint of citrus. You'll find this is a unique combination that won't leave you indifferent.
Cooking Instructions

Heat a skillet with a little olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until tender. Add the spinach and cream, then season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a pinch of black pepper. Stir to combine.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Slice the baguette into 5 or 6 medium slices, depending on the size of your skillet. Top each slice with some of the spinach mixture, then carefully crack a quail egg on top of each so the yolk stays whole. - 2
Brush the bottom of an oven-safe skillet with the butter and arrange the bread slices inside. Crumble the feta cheese with your fingers and sprinkle it over the spinach. In a small bowl, mix a pinch of thyme, black pepper, sumac, oregano, and cumin, then sprinkle this seasoning over each toast. The slight tang from the sumac makes a difference—if you don't have sumac, you can use a few drops of lemon juice. Fill any empty spaces in the skillet with extra spinach and cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes and serve hot!
