Ingredients: 1 packet Macaroni or any other pastaa; 1 cup: chicken reesha; 1 tsp white flour; 1 tsp butter; 1 tsp oil; 1 tsp chicken powder; Half tsp salt; 1 tsp Kali Mirchi powder; Half cup milk; Half cup water; 1 tsp soya sauce; 1 tsp chilli sauce; 1 tsp vinegar; Half tsp ginger garlic paste; 1 cup chicken resha; 1 tsp Kali Mirchi powder; 1 tsp kuti laal Mirch; Half tsp chicken powder; Half tsp salt; 3 tbsp ketchup; 3 tbsp water or as required

Ingredients

3 to 4 servings

1 packetMacaroni or any other pastaa
1cup: chicken reesha
For white sauce
1 tspwhite flour
1 tspbutter
1 tspoil
1 tspchicken powder
Halftsp salt
1 tspKali Mirchi powder
Halfcup milk
Halfcup water
For red sauce
1 tspsoya sauce
1 tspchilli sauce
1 tspvinegar
Halftsp ginger garlic paste
1 cupchicken resha
1 tspKali Mirchi powder
1 tspkuti laal Mirch
Halftsp chicken powder
Halftsp salt
3 tbspketchup
3 tbspwater or as required

Boil pasta in salt and oil strain it and set aside

Now in a separate pan add oil and add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute then add chicken resha add sauces fry for a minute then add all dry ingredients mix well

Then add ketchup and some water mix well and cook for a minute until red sauce become thick

Meanwhile prepare white sauce in a pan add butter and oil wait for a minute when butter melted completely add white flour mix well and then add milk keep running spoon continuously add black pepper,salt and chicken powder mix well add some water again mix cook for a minute until it becomes smooth thick white sauce

Then add boil pasta in red sauce mix well and add white sauce mix all pasta with sauces well Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves and enjoy Hot 🔥
