Ingredients

  • 50 g banana
  • 1/2 tsp lime joice
  • 35 ml vegetables oil
  • 1whole egg
  • 3eggs yolk
  • 50 g / 1/4 cup cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 Egg white
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

Steps

    Smoothie banana, lime juice and vegetable oil. Mix the smoothie with the whole egg stir to mix well add yolk one by one stir till mix well. Sift the flour and salt into the mixing bowl. Rest it.

    Beat the egg whites on medium speed, gradually add sugar. Then add lemon juice. Continue beating until peaks form. Divide 3 part mix with mixture be gentle but quick.

    Pour into the mould. Use a pointed wand to drag in the cake to remove air bubbles. Tap the tin vigorously 3-4 times and place the mold on the baking sheet. Pour hot water into the pan to a height of about 0.5 cm of the mold. Bake in the preheated 140 C, approx 50 mins. Remove it from the oven. Take the cake out of the mold onto a wire rack. Peel off the wax paper, turn over and let it cool completely.
