Ingredients

30 ~ 40 minutes
6 to 8 servings
  1. 1 (15 oz)can petite diced tomatoes
  2. 1 cancream of celery soup
  3. 1 cancream of mushroom
  4. 2 lbscooked crawfish tails
  5. 1green bell pepper chopped small
  6. 1large onion chopped small
  7. 2jalapeño chopped small
  8. 2 stalkscelery chopped small
  9. 1 tbspminced garlic
  10. 2 sticksbutter
  11. 2bay leaves
  12. 3/4 tspthyme
  13. 1 tspblack pepper
  14. to taste Salt
  15. Red pepper flakes to taste if not spicy enough
  16. 1 tspTony’s creole seasoning

Cooking Instructions

30 ~ 40 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large skillet on medium heat melt butter and sauté all vegetables and bay leaves.

    Add soups and diced tomatoes and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    Add crawfish tails and simmer another 5 minutes. Add on top of rice and Enjoy!
