Chop all ingredients

Sautee onion and green pepper for 3-5 ?min

Add garlic and kebelsa cabbage.Sautee 1-2 min, do not burn

Add cabbage and stir constantly until starts to generate juice

Cover and set pressure to high for 1 min. Let natural release for 5mins.
