Steps

Firstly heat a pan add ghee,then chana daal,urad daal,dried red chilli,and mustard seeds saute it

Add curry leaf saute it again after that add water let it boil then add salt as per taste,sugar and half tsp more ghee mix it well
- 3
Add slowly slowly suji and stir it continously then close the lid for a min
- 4
Add roasted cashews,peanuts mix it well
- 5
Its ready......garnish with lemon and aloo bhujiya
