Steps

Take boiled potatoes cutin half scope out middle part tomake space for filling,apply butter to potatoes.

Add curd to bowl,add masalas kasuri methi mix it well,add veggies scoped potatoes mix well.

Heat oil in pan add garlic chopped,onion saute for a while add vegetables mixture cook till moisture goes,add coriander leaves.

Fill the mixture in potatoes top with blend cheese.

Bake in oven or in kadai till cheese melts.For sour cream mix all ingredients and mix it till creamy.

Serve with sour cream
