Take paneer cubs mix 1 pinch salt and tarmaric pawder and fry some heated oil and keep aside

Take a pan add oil heat add onion stir fry add cumin seeds black pepper clov ciniman stick black cardamom green cardamom bayleaf stir add potato green peas tomatoes and curd carrot stir fry add green chili ginger garlic salt tarmaric pawder stir fry to cook well

Now add water and cook after boil add rice and cook and add ghee and cook slow flame for 2 minutes add fry paneer 5 minutes and flame off

Now transfer into serving plate and serve with mint chattny and boondi raita
