Crust biscuit until become breadcrumb (I use food processor),
Add melted butter and process until combined. - 2
Press mixture over base of the cake tin.

Preheat the oven to 150ºC

Mix together in the mixer cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice until well combine and no lumps. Add the eggs 1 at time. And mix again until smooth.

Pour the cake mixture into the cake tin and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Turn off the oven and cool the cheese cake in the oven for 2 hours with door ajar.

Refrigerate in the fridge over night and serve it cold.
