Ingredients

1 hour 15 minutes
Serves 6 servings
  • 250 gpacked plain sweet biscuit
  • 125 gunsalted butter, melted
  • 500 gpacked cream cheese
  • 3/4 cupcaster sugar
  • 3/4 cupsour cream
  • 1 tspvanilla paste
  • 1 tbsplemon zest
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 3eggs

Steps

1 hour 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Crust biscuit until become breadcrumb (I use food processor),
    Add melted butter and process until combined.

  2. 2

    Press mixture over base of the cake tin.

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to 150ºC

  4. 4

    Mix together in the mixer cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice until well combine and no lumps. Add the eggs 1 at time. And mix again until smooth.

  5. 5

    Pour the cake mixture into the cake tin and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.

    Turn off the oven and cool the cheese cake in the oven for 2 hours with door ajar.

    Refrigerate in the fridge over night and serve it cold.
