In a pot put mutton with all yakhni ingredients let it cook on slow flame for 30-45 mins until mutton is fully done. Staring the meat and yakhni

In another degchi,add oil and fry onion light brown. Now add mutton,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and dahi and ache se bhoon ken.add salt.

Now add the presoaked rice and yakhni and let it cook on slow flame. Add kewra water

Let it be in dum for 10-15mins. Serve with raita, Shami kabab and zarda.
