Ingredients

  1. 0.5 tbspgochujang paste
  2. 0.5 tbspMayo
  3. 1 tbspKimchi
  4. Spinach+Arugula
  5. Cheese
  6. Burger bun/ bread

Cooking Instructions

    Spread gochujang paste and mayo on both slices.

  2. 2

    Layer leafy greens, chopped kimchi, and cheese. Sandwich them between the two slices.

  3. 3

    Feel free to experiment by adding other veggies.

  4. 4

    Toast sandwich on a pan. Serve.
