Ingredients

3 servings
  • 6 slicesbread
  • 2hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tbspJapanese mayonnaise (regular mayo would work as well, but you might want to decrease the amount of salt later)
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • Dashblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the eggs. Mash with mayo, salt, and black pepper. I just use a regular fork.

  2. 2

    Spread evenly on a slice of bread. Cover it with another bread.

  3. 3

    You can shape it or just cut them to smaller pieces. Enjoy!
