Umeboshi-Flavored Okra with Tuna Mayonnaise Dressing

My friend was eating okra dipped in mayonnaise so I tried making a more refined version.
I use extremely salty homemade umeboshi.

Steps

Rub the okra with salt to remove the bristles on the surface. Trim off the stem and boil the okra in water for about 1 minute. Cool in cold water.

Drain the okra and cut diagonally into roughly 3 parts.

Drain the oil from the tuna. Mix the tuna together with the mayonnaise, umeboshi paste, soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Add the okra to the mixture from Step 3 and it's ready.
