Steps

Thoroughly wash your omena with clean hot water and salt.

Heat the oil and fry them for some minutes.

Blend tomatoes to a smooth paste.

In a separate bowl heat some oil, add onions, ginger, garlic and the blended tomatoes and let them cook for a while.

Then add the clean omena and let them cook for some 10minutes.

Adjust seasoning and add the chopped coriander.
- 7
Serve with some Spinach and ugali.
