Ingredients

  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 4dry apricot chopped
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 2 tbsp kesar milk
  • 1 tbsp dry fruits powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan add milk bring to boil.

  2. 2

    Add milk powder mix with no lumps add sugar,kesar milk cook till forms dough consistency leaves pan.

  3. 3

    Add dry fruits powder, chopped dry apricots,cardmom powder mix it well.

  4. 4

    Shape in modak mould it's ready.
