I miss the chilli from local Indonesian restaurant (rumah makan padang). It's really yummy for any meat. You can use the oil for stirfry or a few spoon of it for fried rice. It will run out quickly for sure.

  • 4big green chilli
  • 5small chilli
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1french onion
  • Oil, as much or as little as you like

Steps

1 hr 30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and cut them

    Fried them in oil until you see the skin goes like this. Mine took 20 minutes. Let it cool for 20 minutes

    Once cool off, blend them roughly.

    Put them back in the pan and fried them again until the colour go darker and the oil become transparent and green.
