Take a kadhai add water, onion, ginger, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, black pepper, laung, big cardamom, green chilli, cashew and boil it for 10 minutes to softens the ingredients.

Seive water and cool the ingredients completely. Add curd and grind the ingredients to a smooth paste.

To prepare the gravy heat oil in the same kadhai and add the above paste and fry by stirring continuously.

Once the gravy thickens add cream, paneer cubes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, kasuri methi, milk and mix nicely.

Cover the kadhai and cook the paneer for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with roti.
