1. Dry roast horsegram and grind coarsely
2. Dry roast rice flakes - 2
3. Add the horsegram with flakes after grind it and sauté ut for an while
4. Add in pressure cook with the ratio of 1:2 water - 3
5.leave it for 4-5 whistle
6. Wait for pressure realise then allow it too cool
7. Add salt and buttermilk mix well transfer to bowl - 4
8. In a pan oil, mustard, shallots, sauté it well and add the porridge mix it well and serve (if you like you can add green chillies) it’s smells well and good
