Wash the poha thoroughly and soak it for 3-4 minutes, filter the water and remove all the water and mix it with mashed potatoes.

Add ginger garlic green chili paste, capsicum, green coriander, carrot, onion and mix well, add salt, chaat masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, rice flour and make it like dough.

Apply oil by hand in a deep vessel and apply the prepared dough like burfi, keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes and set it.

Make a thin batter with the help of water by mixing all-purpose flour and cornflour.

After taking it out of the fridge, cut that mixture into long sticks, dip it in the batter of flour and cornflour, roll it in bread crumbs, put it in hot oil and fry it on medium flame till it becomes golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
