Spaghetti and Mincemeat
Quick and easy!
Steps

Fry the onions, garlic, coriander, tomato and capsicum until just soft - 3 minutes.
Set aside.

In a separate pot, put a little oil, add your beef cube and stir for a minute and add tomato paste. Cook and stir until color becomes brighter red. 2 minutes

Add your minced beef mix well and add a little water (about a quarter cup).
Cover and let the mixture simmer. For about 5 to 10 minutes. - 4
Once the mincemeat is cooked through, add sugar, salt, lemon juice, and roycko/ favorite spice.
Add a little more water and allow to cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until ready. - 5
For the spaghetti,
Take a pot of water add a tablespoon of oil and bring the water to a boil.
Add some salt and your spaghetti. - 6
Stir gently to separate the spaghetti. Let it boil but ensure you stir a little periodically. Do not cover pot. Cook until the spaghetti is soft but still firm.

Once the spaghetti is ready, rinse out the excess water.
Add the garlic, onion, tomato and capsicum mixture you had set aside and stir gently into your spaghetti.

Serve the spaghetti with your mincemeat sauce.
