In a small bowl, soak saffron strands in 1 tbsp lukewarm water.

Take over night soaked almonds, and peel all the almond.

Take grinder jar put all the peeled almonds in it and add three times the water of almonds. And grind it.

Now strain it with a strainer

Heat the almond milk in a non-stick pan in medium flame. Bring it to a boil while stirring occasionally.

Once it comes to a boil, lower the flame and add sugar, 1/4tsp turmeric powder,saffron water, cardamom powder. And mix thoroughly

Allow it to simmer for 5-10 min or until the milk thickens. As soon as the milk starts to thickenturn turn off the flame.

Pour the kesher badam milk into a glasses. Garnish with saffron and almond and surve hot. You can also refrigerate it for an hour and surve chilled.
